New pod and remote

I am a volt customer who has poor speeds and therefore should receive a pod. Called virgin and told me they would phone me back to get these ordered- they didn’t call back 

I have 2 boxes and one won’t work as the WiFi isn’t strong enough!

No, I had a call with someone on Friday who updated all my services, renewed my contract, upped by broadband etc and got told she would phone me back at 6pm as I needed to be at home to carry out the Pod and Remote order.

I have not had a call.

I posted on twitter for help and info and they directed me to here to post a comment to get the items ordered.
