The pre-pull can actually happen at any time prior to your final installation/go live date. As you are not expected or needed to be in for this, it is liable to be rearranged by them with no notice to you - in fact as it is all outsourced, then even if you were to call VM, they wouldn't actually have any further information beyond, 'the computer says it will be done today', to give you - if the job isn't logged as being completed by the end of that day, then the system simply rolls the date on by one day - and so on.
So as long as it is done at some point before 7th Feb. then you will be OK.
