New contract showing pending no netflix

On our wavelength


Updated my contract to include 1gb BB and netflix on the 12th april. Had the email with the contract info in it. But when I go into my virgin account it shows the old info m600 BB etc. If I go to view contract it shows the new contract but says pending

I've also had no netflix info which i assume is because its pending. Any ideas?

The package may have been future billed due to a landline, can you confirm if things have now changes for you

Can you run a speed test and let us know if you are currently getting more than the 600MB.
