I did place an order on virgin media (ultimate volt 79£) , and I had to select a date for the engineer to come to setup the WIFI HUB, and virgin tv box .
I was a virgin media customer, so I got already the WIFIHUB(Had 630Mbps speed) and both of the virgin tv boxes.
Do I still need to wait for him for getting connected? No chance to “switch on” my services from remote and get connected before then the appointment (which is gonna be late 3rd December)?
Hey davideLC, thank you for reaching out and to answer your question if you have the old equipment from previously being with us then this equipment would not work.
This is because it would of been registered with old account and not your new one.
