I just changed my package to a volt bundle, and I can see on my contract that starts soon, the correct boosted speeds for broadband.
I keep seeing things about having to go to o2 to apply and activate Volt benefits, but do I need to do this if I actually chatted to VM and moved directly onto a volt package?
Should all my volt boosts be applied automatically.
