Hi I am a new VM customer with the Volt package, broadband install was 25th Nov. The SIM card included in the deal has not arrived. I am an existing O2 customer and have been in touch with them today but they are unable to trace anything using the VM order number. How do I resolve this please?

Sorry to hear that a SIM has not been sent, just so we can clarify has the Volt benefits not been added onto your existing SIM?
