New Volt package but O2 sim card has not arrived

Hi I am a new VM customer with the Volt package, broadband install was 25th Nov.  The SIM card included in the deal has not arrived.  I am an existing O2 customer and have been in touch with them today but they are unable to trace anything using the VM order number.  How do I resolve this please?

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

Sorry to hear that a SIM has not been sent, just so we can clarify has the Volt benefits not been added onto your existing SIM?

Hi Kain, not that I am aware of.  On looking at my O2 account it still shows I am signed up for supercharged benefits but that activation has not yet happened.  Does this explain anything to you
