Hi virgin services installed this week. TV ,broadband and apps all OK apart from Netflix.  Sound distorted and pic out of sync. Netflix OK on phone and tablet through virgin WiFi.  Tried power down reset etc no joy . Any ideas? Thanks

Sorry to hear of the issues with the Netflix services.

Can you please confirm if you have any issues with other streaming services, such as YouTube and Prime?

Is your set top box connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable?

Hi yes the box has an Ethernet connection. 

All other apps and streaming services work fine,with the exception of netflix
