Have Netflix as part of my package but can’t access it on my TV guide keeps saying
“Error code A01
can sign in on other devices but not my main tv?
any ideas?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with Netflix on your TV box, how is your TV box connected to the network in your home?
Are you able to use any other apps on your TV box?
