Hit standard package with volt and want to upgrade to 4k but netflix came back and said virging have declined the 4k upgrade. How can i get 4k ?

Hey squig2022, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to see you are struggling to get the 4K option.

Please can you let me know what Netflix said to you?

You can do this either via My Virgin Media or directly via Netflix after registration. The additional charge of £5.00 for the upgrade would then be presented on your monthly bill.

I couldn't and got the same thing that it was declined. I then had the option in my account on the App but that has also dissapeared. However I am going to stick with standard for a while to same some money!

on my account I go into manage netflix and there is NO option to upgrade to premium there is just a blank screen.
