I renewed my account on 8th June and was told netflix is now included in the package however I haven't had the email to register. Is anyone able to help?
If you take a look through the multiple threads on here you will see that Virgin have had an issue with sending the activation emails since the day of launch on 23/3.
Since then they still have no idea of a fix date , and have not even bothered to send any official explanation / update.
