How do I get Netflix

Tried once and inadvertently changed the contract and got billed extra ?

They have reverted me back but no instructions how to do it

You will need an e mail with an activation link.

Join the club waiting for it.

Virgin have a long running issue that they do not know how to solve , and cannot offer a fix date.

Netflix contacts were good but at the end of the day i/we require Virgin to supply the link
