I have just transferred to virgin media with the ultimate volt bundle that includes Netflix, can I cancel my existing Netflix?

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂
If you've taken out a bundle with Netflix included you should receive an email with a link to activate.
Have you receive this? I'd check your spam inbox too.
If not, try activating it through My Virgin Media, sign in to My Virgin Media at virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media Under the Netflix section, you should be able to see an Activate button.
