Included in my package.
Over last 2 weeks it no longer launches either from channel 204 red button nor from app.
Rebooting does nothing
Any ideas?

Sorry to hear about Netflix not loading.
Can I ask what set top box you have?
As it may need upgrading or replacing.
I can look into this for you, saves you calling us.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
