So a while back, I had some security issues and things got hacked,
I lost my Netflix account. I spoke to virgin a few times and nothing got sorted,
now I seem to have a Spanish family Netflix account added to my TiVo box,
I can’t speak Spanish nor Can i see where to log out,
I have Lunita - Jeff- Vane - Ec -Nińos as people
As far as I’m aware I don’t even have an account as it all got reset?
is there any way I can just have a Netflix account on my tv that works please?

Low and behold I’m checking my bill and I have 2 x stream subscriptions on my account that I know nothing about.
so an additional £9 on my bill ……
currently on the phone explaining to the third person.!

Spoke to a Very helpful person @ Netflix that confirmed my account was hacked and reset it to a new account / email,
she was really good. Now all I need to do is have the £9 knocked off my bill as I did not have access to Netflix and did not order ultra hd but alas all working!
