Anyone understand why I can't access my Netflix.
We completed the sign up but already had netflix. I then re ieved email from VM to say my payment had not been recieved and they were cancelling Netlfix...which is part of my package.
There is no Netflix icon and I cannot reconnect through app or laptop
Untold tickets raised...nothing has worked...anyo e else pls?
