We took out a Volt bundle which included Netflix, in May this year. However, we are still billing direct ourselves. We did not receive an email to activate Netflix through our Virgin account. The DD was also not amended to the new price, but hopefully this will be sorted next month.
Please advise how to activate the Netflix billing through our Virgin Media plan.

You need to wait for an email from Virgin with an activation link.
Good luck with that , I have been waiting since 23/3...
If you read the many hundres of posts on the subject you will see this has been an issue since launch on 21/3 and by some miracle after 3 months they seem to have no idea how to fix it!
