Hi there, I have Virgin Ultimate package where my account says standard Netflix is free as included with the package. However on selecting the Netflix app it tries to sign me up for the £16.99 package. I cannot access my free Netflix.
Why, is this when my account says the standard Netflix is included free?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Netflix activation with your new package. We can understand the frustration caused and want to best help. Just to clarify, have you received any emails from our team containing an activating email at all?
