Hi for over a mouth now I still unable to link my Netflix with VM for 1 bill I not got the email never had yes I have check spam/junk I have rang support a lot of time been told a lot of different things they raised 7 tickets and still unable to say what is going on.
is they any fix for this even at the VM home page in entertainment service Netflix is they said need active but click in the button and it said sorry we had a problem that’s it.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Netflix activation.
It looks like an IT ticket has been raised, our IT team are aware of the issue and are working hard on a fix.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
