im just going to reactivate my old Netflix membership I cancelled when I took out Volt bundle. Can’t be bothered any more . Will claim it back.
Everything in this renewal process has been a complete mess I’m sorry to say. What should have been a few minutes job has taken hours of sorting and corrections not just Netflix issue. Customer service and communication so poor
