Netflix Signup Email received after 4 months……

After many (unsuccessful) posts on this community portal I decided to write to Virgin Customer Services in Sunderland regarding Agent  mis-selling and having issues with my Netflix account for 2 months. I received a letter asking to allow Virgin 28 days to review my complaint. Today, 22 days later, two very frustrating support calls I received the Netflix account setup email. My Netflix account has not operated as designed and I feel if I had not sent the letter I would be in the same position..

Just need to resolve the Agent mis-selling  experience
