I've reached the end of my tether with it now, since joining over 4 months ago (on the ultimate volt bundle) netflix has worked for four/five days before being cancelled by Virgin, every time I have to call and wait over a week for Virgin to sort it.
Needless to say it's a tad poor. I've tried to submit a complaint online it come back with 'Your complaint reference : ****' and doesn't actually go anywhere. I tried via the phone and was told they couldn't take a complaint, and then I was told to expect a call back in 2 hours, yet nothing.
Two questions if I can:
- How can I make a complaint, no email apparently?
- Anyone actually able to fix netflix, it's a shambles now?

When the Netflix service has been cancelled in the past, have the team given you a reason for this happening or advised on what has been done to resolve the issue?
