Hi I changed my Virgin Volt contract and the equipment sent to me for the cancelled contract is no longer of use. I had an email from Virgin saying that the equipment had not been registered and if I didn't want the equipment I could return it and there was a return label in the box. Having searched the box I could not find it. Also I noticed that the collection points used by Virgin have deveral different carriers sevicing them and I wanted to know which carrier to use.
I have emailed Virgin back to send me a return label but have heard nothing for over a week. I am anxious to return the unused equipment to avoid incurring any expense.
Any help would be gratefully recieved. I notice from previous postings that engineers can collect the equipment when they are out on their rounds.

Many thanks for that. I really just want a mailing label as the equipment was as delivered in a box and has not been unpacked.
