Need a WiFi pod

I have volt. My speed is below 30mbps after testing via the virgin connect app in one room but the app then doesn’t give the option to order a pod? 
I would like a pod.

How do I order one? The chat button doesn’t work. (It has never worked for me, I use safari on an iPhone).

Chat is useless anyway. Currently been waiting well over an hour of repeated questions and typing same request over and over.
