I signed up to Volt with the all-inclusive sim nearly three months ago and still haven’t received the o2 sim.
I’ve had emails with an o2 contract, contact to say my volt benefits on o2 are active, but still no actual sim.
I’ve posted twice on here already, spoken to o2 customer services (who either have no idea what I’m talking about or tell my to speak to virgin) and no one is helping.
switching services should not be this hard. Any advice or assistance would be appreciated - especially if it doesn’t end up coming to nothing!
