My Virgin Media does not show new contract

Hi,

I swapped my contract last week (29th Sept) from the Ultimate Oomph to a new Volt contract.  If I log into "My Virgin Media" it still shows the old contract.

Not sure if this is a problem or not, any advice gratefully received.

I do not work for VM. Services: 2 x HD TV (+ Sky Sports, BT sport), x2 Tivo boxes (WiFi) Hub5 1gb, Talk Weekend Phone on IP, o2 Mobile SIM on iPhone, unlimited data, texts & minutes.
