hi there

can anyone help me, I’ve just given notice of moving house to virgin, all ok and sorted but they said I have to cancel the o2 sim with o2, which is fine but does anyone know if this can just be done with fees? 

I did ask this when re-sorting my contract and I don’t even use the SIM card!

This forum is for Virgin Customers, not o2. If Virgin have said you need to cancel it with o2 - then that's where you need to visit.

Is it a monthly contract you have? 12 months? 24?
