Misled into signing a new 18 month contract, (I already had 1GB broadband), they put me on 500mb Volt package promising I would remain on 1GB, nothing would change they said!!!
Well I’m now on 500mb locked into another 18 month contract and I’ve lost my 1GB broadband.
I’ve been on the chat this morning for two hours asking why?
the answer is they “promise” that I’ll get 1GB back but it could take up to another 5-7 working days!
I’ve been misled, mis sold and I’m going to take it to Trading Standards after reading all these other reports on here. It seems to me it’s a business practice to promise 1GB but not to deliver as per the Volt contract.
Any legal experts on here that could help?

Within two hours of posting this, my 1GB suddenly reappeared, so credit to VM, it didn’t take 5-7 days as I was told when I complained, just proves it can be done 👍 Thankyou
