Hi all
How do I make a complaint. I have only just move to Virgin from sky and I find the internet service worse than sky in the upstairs rooms.
I have now rang 3 time now asking for the pods you can get. I have twice been given dates for arrival and twice no pod. I rang again yesterday and again have a date. I need to know how to make a complaint as I get the feeling I won't get the pod at 3rd time of trying. We will send a tracking code to your phone which I have not received.

Hi they have now said Tuesday 15th. They also said I would receive a text with tracking information, never arrived.
