Lost sound most evenings , sometimes it just comes back on sometimes we just watch Netflix.

Hi, my sound goes off all the time.  Tv makes a sound so dont think its the tv. Sound works on Netflix but not on virgin.  Iv tried changing the audio settings still no good.

Do you experience the sound issue on certain channels or is this every channel you experience the issue on?
