Leaving VirginMedia

Good afternoon,

Apologies if I've put this in the wrong section.

If I decide to leave Virgin by paying off the rest of my contract and moving to someone else what happens to the o2 sim that goes along with the volt package . Does it just carry on with no effect or because it came through the Virgin contract I'd lose it.

Thanks for any advice you may give.

The O2 arrangement keeps running unless cancelled separately.

If you cancel the VM side of things, be aware any discount or O2 benefits specifically related to a VM/O2 bundle will be lost.

If the rest of the VM contract is paid off - then I believe the customer would still keep their VOLT data on the O2 side, until they changed tariff there. The O2 continues to run as a separate agreement until cancelled.

@unisoft You are correct. The customer will keep double data etc until they change tariff
