So having spent over an hour trying to get through to virgin about my o2 sim not arriving i got through and they said contact o2. So i rang o2 tool another half hour and they saod they have no record of me to contact virgin. This is a joke who can sort this .
Hey squig2022, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear there is an issue with the sim card.
I would personally look after the O2 stuff as I don't have access to their system.
However I can see you have been speaking to the team, have they managed to get this resolved for you? Thanks
