I have been trying to add the volt benefit for months now with no success. I am a VM &O2 customer but apparently I can’t get Broadband in my area. That will maybe explain the countless issues I face with my internet connection.
I’ve gone into the Virgin app and clicked on Volt but keep getting a message to say it’s either already done or it’s not available to me.
also tried it from the O2 app and again no success
