You can switch over to Volt whenever, it doesn't need to be the Gig1, although Gig1 is available through the entirety of the VM network.

My Volt attempt failed since choosing iphone14 from VM...as it's Not o2?.

Yes. You need to directly with O2.

A little late though not concerned as I'm still eligible for Double Data.
Today is my previous providers last days, hopefully my essential Mobile ports soon.

Thanks

Hey Donfor40, thanks for your post on our forum page.

Sorry to see this confusion with our Volt packages, in order to be eligible for Volt benefits you need to have your cable services with Virgin and your mobile services with O2.
Please visit this page to see what applies in this instance and to find more info on how to activate Volt on your accounts with VM and O2.

Have you created an online account with VM and O2 as well?
Also, have you activated Volt on the O2 App?

Is only your mobile device plan with us or do you also have a VM SIM card / airtime plan at the minute?
Please, let us know of the above and where your are with this process since you last posted here on Monday.
We're happy to help further with this if you need us to.

I think what I could have done is order iphone14 direct from o2 rather than VM as I have VM Fibre.
Not too worry as VM switch is complete from previous provider.

thanks anyway.
