I see from a previous thread that you live in a new build flat that has metal braid in the walls as a fire break. You might be better off sticking your Hub 4 in modem mode and getting a decent third party router if good WiFi is what you are really after.

If you're wishing to obtain a hub 5, and there's not currently an offer showing in your online account, I would recommend calling on 0345 454 1111 or 150 from our landline or mobile service.
