Hub 5 & WiFi pods

As a customer on the top package available I would expect to get the appropriate equipment to make use of the package that I”m paying for. I have a hub 4 and I have to use 2 wifi powerline units to get a decent signal in my house. I had a hub 5 but it failed and I got papped back down to a 4. How do I get a Hub 5 again and a couple of pods? My router is not in the same room as my main pc so I’d also like to know how much it would cost to get a cable/socket for another room?

I'm sorry to see you were having the issues with the initial hub 5 you had which then resulted in you having to go back to the 5. I can certainly have a look at this for you to see if this can be arranged.
