I am a Gig1 Volt customer. I have Hub 5 which meant to provide best ever possible service. But that was not true for me. I am facing continuous issue with WiFi connection and speed. The connection drops frequently and sometimes no connection at all. Speed drops to as low as 1 Mbps! This is awful.
Question is how can I get couple of wifi pods to check if it can improve the situation? I saved some wifi connection status in different rooms of my house. I also tried all methods to improve wifi connection advised by customer service team as well as mentioned in the app.

You can also call the direct number 0800 064 3850 to order a pod (they will only send out one at a time, and there must be an interval of at least one week before a second order will be accepted)
They are free if you are on the Gig1 package, or Ultimate Oomph, or on a Volt bundle, however if you are on any other package then they £8 a month.
