How to claim Volt mesh pods?

I have Volt benefits from being with O2 and VM. Apparently one of the Volt benefits is free mesh pods for the home to ensure quality connections. Anyone know how to claim these? There doesn't seem to be an area of the VM website to do this, and I'm unsure how to speak to a human at VM, and O2 says they won't supply it because it's a VM issue.

Anyone know how to get the pods?

Sorry to hear that you've not been able to speak with us regarding the WiFi pods. I have not been able to locate you on our systems. 

If you have any rooms in the home that have a weak signal or are a complete blackspot for WiFi, please run a speed check on your mobile device through our connect app here.
