How to apply Volt benefits

Hi,

I have Virgin broadband M500 and I have recently got an O2 sim on contract.  How can I get my broadband speed doubled (I will need a new hub as I have a hub 3).  I have called customer services 3 times now and all they have tried to do is upsell a new package and had no idea what I was on about.

Is this Volt thing real or is it just some sort of dodgy marketing ploy to get me on O2?

Is there nobody that can help?  I have had more messages telling me I've got a new badge or powered up my forum status than help lol

Sorry to hear you've not found any help regarding Volt yet. Can you confirm- when you sign into your O2 account you should find the "Volt Benefits" page/link by clicking on the navigation banner, homepage widget, or drop down menu.
