Hi, So recently Virgin messed up my house move date. We booked a home move for the 8th March and they disconnected us at our current property on the 8th February's. Now we cannot for the life of us get the current property reconnected. We've been on the phone every day for the last 4 days and nothing changes. They have sent 2 new pre contracts. The last one they said would be activated within 24 hours, but I knew it wouldn't as we'd had the same thing 2 days prior. I'm literally at my wits end now. I just signed up to a new 18 mth contract a fews weeks back. Have all the virgin equipment here but they are just not connecting me. It's insanity! Who should I speak with to just get my services switched back on?

Have you tried the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 ?
If they offer an engineer to come and complete the install / activation agree to that.
