How do I order a wifi pod?

I’ve recently changed to a volt contract and need to order a wifi pod for one of my rooms. Can someone advise how I do this as the instructions say you can order via the Connect app - but I can’t find where to do that.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are finding ordering a Pod difficult! Can I ask if you have been able to run diagnostics via the connect app at all?

Yes, I’ve run the app and have now managed to order via the live chat. Arrived today so hopefully sorted. 

Hi i have the same done the app found a poor signal in a room but no option to order one??

Sorry to hear of the difficulty ordering a Wi-Fi pod.

Have you since been able to complete this request?

If this is still ongoing, can you please try clearing the cache on the application and then re-running the scan to see if this can be ordered.

Hi I get poor signal but not able to request it.

 

I have tried the app on 2 device both the same.

As show above had to cut them to get them to upload

I had the same problem - does not seem to be an option to order on the app, so I used the live chat and was sorted within the hour.
