Hi, looking for someone to clear tgis up for me. I have virgin broadband and my partner has an o2 mobile contract. When I go into my virgin app to activate the volt, it tells me I have to add an o2 mobile contract tariff to continue, presumably for me to take a contract out. There isn't an option to add an existing o2 contract from my household. How do I get round this?

If both your Virgin Media account and O2 phone number and registered at the same address, we can have these synced together for you.
Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner and I'll be able to assist you with having this processed

Thanks for popping back. This does still qualify for Volt benefits as they are address-specific and not Account Holder specific. David will be able to get this processed for you, but he will need to confirm some details in the private message he sent.
