Homeworks F-secure

Still haven't received details of F-secure from starting new contract on 5th September.

Please advise when I will get them.

When will VM give me subscription details for my new Homeworks as per your email dtd  28th Sep?

Thank you for popping back. To clarify do you mean you have added Homeworks to your deal? If so have you had a confirmation email through at all or can you see via your contract on My Virgin Media that this has been added?

Yes, that is the case. Homeworks has been added and confirmation received and visible on contract.
