Have both O2 & Virgin but Volt can't be applied

Hi, I need some help with active my Volt benefit. I have both O2 and Virgin account in our house but no Volt benefit offer in my O2 page. The address on my Virgin bill looks slightly strange, it repeats my postcode twice. Could that be the issue. Please help!!

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to see that you're experiencing difficulties trying to active your VOLT benefits. Can we just clarify that you've had your VOLT benefits added on your VM side and you’re just awaiting these on O2?
