HUB 5 DOES NOT WORK INTERMITTENT INTERNET

Upgraded to 350 speed and was told I needed volt package with new hub 5

it has never worked even after two visits from technicians

one saying internal cables needed replacing and today now cables in road need to be replaced in 4 weeks time!

I had hub 3 with 125 speed worked perfectly but virgins recommendations DONT WORK!

You can ask for an EBUL to be installed which enables calls to be made using a mobile network in the event of a network or power outage.

there is no envelope?!

So waited for the promised return of hub3 for over a week

today 
another Hub 5 turned up ?!?!

I now have 4 hub 5s and l am getting fed up with saying I didn’t ask for any of them!

with the comment Hub 3 is being phased out?

has anyone had confirmation of this because why hasn’t any of the list of people I have spoken over last two weeks mentioned this?

would have saved everyones time?!

and does it mean everyone has to have a hub 5 whether they asked for it or not?

and

i know I am being given run around about cable pull this won’t work either!
