Getting Volt activated on broadband

Hope someone on here can help as getting no help on WhatsApp. They just try to sell me a downgraded package and then kick me back to the bot if I don't reply in 5 minutes

I've had my volt benefits activated on my O2 SIM since 10/09/23 but not had a volt boost on my broadband.

Can anyone on here help me get it activated?
