I updated my contract to the bigger volt bundle using the app. I got a confirmation email the day after with an order summary and another with pre contract documents. Nothing has been updated on my account so i called and after a lot of waiting and speaking to a few departments i have been told they cannot give me that contract and it will cost £67 not £54 to match it. How can i get virgin to honor what i ordered?
Forum staff can usually sort this out. Failing that, contact Citizens Advice - there was a binding legal contract in place when you were offered the deal and accepted it. They can explain your rights and options, and may be willing to refer the case to Trading Standards to take formal enforcement action against the company.
