Hello,
Wonder if anyone can help.
I recently upgraded to Volt M350 together with Virgin TV 360, Mixit TV and Sky Sports.
I'm certain the CSR advised I would receive a free WiFi Extender to manage WiFi blackspots.
I didn't receive this extender, was wondering whether anyone else was promised this and received it?

Hi Neil,
I think you are referring to the mesh pods which are free with Volt packages.
The mesh wifi pods now come with a speed guarantee . See the following page for details, including how to order online via My Virgin Media or through the Connect app

You can also call the direct number 0800 064 3850 to order a pod (they will only send out one at a time, and there must be an interval of at least one week before a second order will be accepted)

Hello and thanks for reaching out.
I tried calling the phone number above but I couldn't get through also tried to order the pod through your connect app, which didn't work either.
Is there another way to order it?
