Free Netflix with Volt question

Confused. My virgin app appears to state that standard Netflix is free with Volt package. After speaking to telephone agent. She informs me this is not the case. It would cost me an additional £38 to get Netflix basic ? Can anyone clarify TIA

I'm sorry to hear there has been some confusion with the Netflix TV add-on. Do you have a screenshot of what you're able to see in your My Virgin Media (excluding any personal details)?

If you had the Ultimate Volt package before Netflix became included in the bundle, then you would need to change your package to one that includes the Netflix service.
