I swapped over from talktalk I had to pay the early termination fee 177 pound but the lad that signed me over to virgin said that I would get 200 credit on my virgin bill but now Iv just getting an email saying VM want 87 pound bill off me

I’m sorry to hear that you haven't been given the credit that was promised when you signed up, as @japitts stated, do you have any proof of the offer, if do please let me know and we can add this to your account but would need to send a private message to you to confirm your account details, if you can provide the proof that you have been offered that as part of your deal.

I was promised a £100 credit mate. No one cares about me being mis sold lied to and conned. There was a £200 bill credit not so long ago from new customers so fingers crossed for you pal.
As for the liers it's disgusting nothing's ever done about this there's hundreds of people on here have been conned

Good luck mate. I was asked if I had it in writing and I was lied to one the phone lol. They must have a very lumpy carpet and there completely complicit in this mis-selling / fraud. I'm 100% sure it's illegal what they do

Hundreds and hundreds of us. And the people who are not scamming are totally completes an enabling it we need to whistleblow this **bleep**. Call out to staff and former staff. Do the Right thing. Comment about it here you can make a difference account. We need to understand why this is going on. And stop it.
