Hi I updated my package yesterday to mega tv with bolt. I am supposed to get Disney plus but it says I am Not subscribed

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, Disney plus subscription will be with the Sim, this is usually free for six months, this is activation Via O2 once you set up the Online Account, you can find out more here.
